Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL), the flagship company of the Adani Group, announced its results today for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
The current quarter results reflect the strength of AEL’s diverse portfolio of established and incubating businesses, which provides both stability and growth. On the back of strong performance from established businesses and continued momentum of incubating businesses, AEL reports its highest ever quarterly EBITDA with y-o-y increase of 49%. Having established a strong foundation of infra-platform through disciplined investment cycle, AEL is now poised to witness the phase where capacity utilization of its assets and operational efficiencies will translate into meaningful financial outcomes for its shareholders.
